All our products are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

Sizes

Our Pashminas come in two sizes. We have the Pashmina scarves which are the smaller ones and their size is 70 cm (W) x 200 cm (L). The Pashmina shawls are larger in size and their size is 100 cm (W) x 200 cm (L)

Delivery and Shipments

Once your online order is processed you will receive an email confirmation from us. All items will be sent express post to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We use a flat rate for postage. We do domestic and international shipping to most overseas countries.

Cancellation and returns

We are more than happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price minus the postage fees, if the following conditions are met:

• If the product is damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect.
• You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and advise us by email at pashminanz@gmail.com, if you wish to return the goods.
• The goods are returned and reach us within 7 days of making the purchase.
• The product has not been damaged, altered, torn, washed or the tags are removed. The items returned should be in brand new condition, with the original packaging still intact.
• The buyer should not have issues with the colour or the handmade quality of our products. The full product description is indicated on the site, so we are not responsible for any discrepancies with the weave and dye colours.
• Once received we will advise you by email. If the goods are deemed refundable, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the original purchase

We take great pride and delight in offering you only the highest quality of products we can find. All our pashmina apparel are genuine Pashmina & Cashmere. 

They are handmade in Kashmir, India. Our suppliers also supply to the famous fashion stores in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan, New York, Los Angeles and Toronto. Currently we carry 3 styles of Pashminas. Ring Pashminas which are plain. Pashminas with tapestry and then Pashminas with embroidery.

Ring Pashminas are always plain and presently we have 32 colours in stock. These Ring Pashminas weigh only 31 gm each and are always plain.

Pashminas with tapestry are made of beautiful floral patterns. The elegant design is woven with dark colours for a dramatic look that is completely reversible.

Pashminas with embroidery are similarly handcrafted to create luxury pashminas with unique and select embroidered styles.
